The location was panoramic near the library, the reception man spoke English, and the view of the inn was nice. However, an incorrect addition of two unconsumed drinks was noticed after payment. There was a lack of staff: we had to wait 10 minutes in front of the door before it opened, even though it was 5 pm. The female staff at the front desk didn’t speak English, and someone was absent during check‑out. No drinks were in the rooms. The music in the restaurant was too loud, and the kitchen staff were noisy—overall it was too expensive for what it was.
