“Perfekter Aufenthalt”

Our stay was perfect in every way. There was a parking service, so finding a spot was never an issue. The receptionist was extremely friendly. Although we booked a double room, we received an upgrade (maybe because we stayed on the last day of the season?). Dinner and breakfast were very good, with a great selection. The hotel has a top location, and the ski lift is right in front of the door. The only small suggestion: a small bin for hygiene items (tampons) in the toilets, especially when the bathroom and toilet are separate.

The check‑in was swift and friendly, the valet service worked well, breakfast offered a huge variety with fresh‑pressed fruit juice, dinner gave both à‑la‑carte and buffet options, and the staff in both the restaurant and the rooms were extremely competent and attentive; each room even had its own lockable ski locker, the location was perfect right at the bottom station of the 3S‑Pardatschgrat lift, and the price‑to‑value ratio felt very good, although the standard double could have been a bit larger, which felt like a minor gripe.

“Absolut tolle Lage und familiäre Atmosphäre”

The food was excellent, featuring plenty of local ingredients. The rooms were huge, spotless, and offered great views. The staff were very friendly, and the gondola plus three après‑ski bars were only a 2‑minute walk away. The staff also handled parking for my car.
