“Exceeded our expectations”

The spot is perfect, the bed is super comfy, and everything stays spotlessly clean. Nothing could be better.

“À éviter, personnel malhonnête et voleur”

We were robbed in our room; we left a bag after shopping, and when we returned that night it was gone. I tried to reach the owner, but he wasn’t very understanding or helpful. The next day he sent the cleaning staff who had worked that day, and she told me she didn’t see the bag, even after I showed her a photo. Then one of the managers, who was very confident in his staff, sent me the security footage from the cleaning time, even though I had already left the hotel to continue my trip. The video clearly shows the same cleaner taking my bag and putting it in a large trash bag before leaving. I had no response for two days until the owner, after multiple follow‑ups, told me the employee claimed the bag was empty. I lost €350 and had to spend time filing a complaint.

“Staff where very helpful responsive and informative”

The place is in a good spot, but the room feels a bit cramped and there’s no ironing board or facilities.
