Cleanliness, welcome and safety were all spot on, though the place sits a bit off the main area, the neighbourhood is average especially at night, while it feels very good during the day.

The staff were incredibly friendly, even though we don’t speak Italian they explained everything with gestures, which was a huge plus. The hotel also sells a transport pass covering all local modes, another advantage. Breakfast came as a buffet with a solid selection, and housekeeping cleaned the rooms daily, leaving spotless white towels. The price‑quality ratio felt excellent, so next time we’ll definitely book only this place.

Location was good, the room design and the hotel itself were nice, and the breakfasts were cozy. There was no fridge in the room, the shower cabin was almost microscopic, and there was no hook for the doorbell in the room that said “do not disturb / clean the room / do not clean”.
