The room was beautiful, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the lounge, library, and self‑service bar were great extras. I loved the building’s history, especially since I’m a bit of a Nintendo nerd!

The staff were super helpful and kind, the amenities (snacks, drinks, in‑room items) were good, the beds were comfortable, and I had access to the lounge and library.

Everything was absolutely perfect, and the bedding was exceptional (room 102). The only slight criticism I could offer—nothing major—concerns room 102: I didn’t see enough Nintendo references, and it would be a shame if there weren’t a console with classic games in the room.
