The fact that my bean bag was left in the microwave and the hotel can’t send it to me… I was told to arrange a courier to pick it up… that’s over $100… just disappointed that a hotel chain can’t mail it back. Leah

The room was great and very clean, with a big bathtub and super comfortable. The breakfast was a huge disappointment—no hot options at all: no hot omelet, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, pancakes, or waffles. Only buns, muffins, and cold food wrapped in plastic.
