Very good stay. The team is super hospitable and the accommodations met our expectations. I’ve been a hotel client for years and always choose this hotel when I go to Picos. The food is good. I recommend.

Covered parking. A balcony in the room. Staff service. We had to change rooms because of a bathroom leak. The shower had temperature issues, being either too cold or too hot.

I liked the location and the bed comfort, the price was okay too. Breakfast was good, with plenty of options. Some staff were completely unfriendly; we arrived and they didn’t even turn on the minibar, and the bathroom cleaning was poor—like it hadn’t been touched in days and no one had wiped the sink.

A great stay for a passing traveler.

The place is in a decent spot and the breakfast was fine, plus we appreciated having a car charger at the hotel. The downside was the night‑time reception: the guy who checked us in was in a bad mood, didn’t say good night, just handed over the key and dropped it on the counter as if we were bothering him while he ate; on the other hand, the lady who helped us in the morning was very friendly.
