The view from the room was absolutely breathtaking and the staff were genuinely friendly and on the ball. Unfortunately the mattress was pretty hard, and having a bathtub in the room felt a bit awkward. On top of that, the constant rumble from the nearby railway made it hard to drift off at night.

That house looked like something out of a fairy‑tale – truly gorgeous. It’s a real shame the B&B is shutting down because we would have loved to return next year. Everything else was spot on, no complaints at all.

Our room was roomy enough to move around in, and the scenery from the window was spectacular. Breakfast was a solid spread – lots of options, fresh ingredients, and plenty to fill you up.

The pool is just fantastic – crystal clear water and a perfect spot to unwind. Breakfast, however, left a lot to be desired; the bread was already a bit stale and the side dishes never changed day to day. Overall, the vibe made us feel more like an unwelcome guest than a valued one.
