The hospitality was unmatched and heartfelt—Ms Ann went out of her way to make us comfortable, even sending a forgotten item by post right away; the location is close to great food spots and the center, yet still in a quiet neighborhood, and the room even has a small balcony for a bit of peace. The shower and the mattress were hard.

“Very friendly and cozy near old town”
The owner and staff were super friendly, and the place is pet‑friendly, which mattered to us. Coffee and drinks were available on site at very reasonable prices, so I could grab coffee on the front porch in the morning or a beer in the evening. The rooms were clean and came with body soap, shampoo, hand soap, and other toiletries. It’s a fantastic, quiet spot right by Old Town. The only downside for me was the bed; Vietnamese beds tend to be on the hard side, which I personally found uncomfortable—nothing against the property.
The place was spotless and the hostess was charming, the laundry service was excellent, and they helped us with everything, even offering free bikes to explore the city.

Ann was an amazing host who welcomed us warmly and was available anytime during our stay. The room was spotless, and we could use the shower even before check‑in and after check‑out, which is rare. The terrace lets you wind down in the evening. Walking to Old Town takes less than 10 minutes. Despite some local hiccups, Ann always helped and translated for us—nothing to do with her or the place.
