The reception was warm, everything was clean—from the room to the hotel, spa, sauna… honestly, everything was perfect.

The sunny side of the location was a real plus, as was the staff’s professionalism and the overall quality and comfort of the facilities, especially the large jacuzzi that offered mountain and valley views. The access stairs to the hotel could use a redesign with lower steps and a ramp for luggage; fixing the slope would require taking about 2.5 m from the paved parking area, though for now guests can reach the hotel through the wellness area as a temporary workaround.

The mattresses were super comfy and the rooftop jacuzzi was a highlight, but the spa was cramped and the steam room barely steamed. The hotel couldn't control the heat, so the room stayed sweltering all night; we couldn't keep the windows open because we were next to a busy road and a bar that stayed open late. Breakfast cost 25 eur per person, even for our kids, so we skipped it.
