The exterior of the building and the village look pretty nice, and the mattress was decent; the night was quiet. However, the shower lacked a pan and flooded the whole bathroom, the hallway carpet was stained, the room key felt sticky, and a musty odor filled the place – overall a very outdated hotel.

The village is very friendly and the local market is great, and the hotel is a nice stop. The bedding had issues.

Parking is close by, the bed is comfy, the spot is quiet, and the dinner was decent; I also liked the lovely church next door.

The best part of the hotel was its restaurant. There was no shower tray; instead, the shower was on the floor itself. I guess that was meant for guests with reduced mobility.

The staff were lovely, but the bedroom and bedding were not clean; the bathroom, especially the shower, needed a deep clean, and the handrail down the stairs looked filthy and felt rough too.
