Καλή τοποθεσία,κεντρικά κοντά στο λιμανι τησ Καρύστου με τα πόδια, καθαρό και άνετο δωμάτιο. Ωραία η θέα στη θάλασσα. Δεν έχει καθόλου καλή ηχομόνωση
