The view and the quietness of the place are great, and it’s located in an area that feels like Valle. The staff don’t handle the booking platform very well; I almost had a problem because my reservation didn’t show up on their calendar.

The location is excellent, close to the main square, the bus terminal, and the main road. I also liked the cleanliness and the very friendly staff. They put us on the fourth floor, and it would be useful to have an elevator, especially for older guests, but otherwise everything was good.

We were able to drop off our bags before the lobby opened and enjoyed a breakfast room that offered a pretty view, but the shower door was missing, only one towel was provided for two people, breakfast advertised for 7:30 arrived at 8:00 after we complained, and the staff exchanges were unfriendly—quite a let‑down.
