“It was okay but i expected more for the price”

The location was good. The pool was poorly kept and was only open 1 of the days I was there. The unit wasn’t cleaned properly and had food on the floor and above the microwave, the light fixture over the table was broken and had a sharp point to it. The shower didn’t have enough pressure. It also took them like 30 mins to find my reservation because someone put it under the wrong name

“The hotel and staff exceeded our wildest expectations.”

We drove all the way to Columbus to attend our son’s green‑ceremony and chose this hotel because of past good experiences and the desire to cook for him while he was off base. We know families flood the place and most don’t bother to review, so we’ll say straight: the staff treated us wonderfully. Jennifer at the front desk went above and beyond to give us the right room, a stove, the gear we needed, and enough furniture for our son and his girlfriend. Her service was a level we wouldn’t expect from a five‑star hotel that costs a fortune. I can’t fully express how grateful we are for her and everyone else, how clean the hotel was, and how nice the location. We’ll be back for a couple more visits for other events with our son at Fort Benning. Thank you so much. The only downside was that we had to leave.
