“Rustic charm with amazing views and location”
The location is amazing, right in the heart of Eceabat village on the waterfront; you can hear the water lap at night with the window open, and the Dardanelles Strait is visible from both the restaurant and the room. The breakfast was good.
“Nice and convenient location but old facility”
The location was excellent, but the facility was old and poorly maintained. The room had a balcony that was dirty; the walls were too thin and the isolation was poor. The restaurant’s sea‑facing windows and the windows in general were not cleaned.
“Fabuleux!!”
The space and the staff were very welcoming; the price was very reasonable, the staff were respectful, and you feel comfortable there.
“1 nuit de transit”
It was a transit night; the exterior and reception were nice, but the rooms were old, poorly insulated, and not up to expectations even though the price was right for two adults and one teenager. The breakfast wasn’t very varied but matched local food. I couldn’t use the beach or the outside area, so I’m giving a 6 to avoid being too harsh. Free parking is available.
The building feels a bit dated, yet the spot is great—right on the sea with a large private parking right in front. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and efficient. Breakfast was good, the rooms were clean and the beds comfortable.
