“Smells like shit and filthy toilet and people”

I was forced to share a room with a guest whose clothes and blankets were still in the closets, and towels were left hanging behind the bath doors; the soaps and toiletries were missing, and the toilet was dirty. Because I can’t use stairs, they assigned me this ground‑floor room as I mentioned I’m a 68‑year‑old senior citizen with arthritis. They collected a partial payment of ₹700 for my stay from 11 am to 6:30 pm—just seven hours. The hotel lacked an inverter, and the power supply was cut three times, leaving us in darkness with no candle provided.
