The place was tidy enough, but the management lacked people skills. The front door was locked when we arrived and we weren’t greeted nicely. After staying three nights, we felt undervalued as guests and there was no information booklet in our room.

The room was warm with good lighting, the shower had great pressure and hot water, and there was a towel heater. The common lounge area was very nice, with a comfortable couch and coffee table, and there was no noise from other rooms or annoying outside light at night. I would have liked a proper desk setup; only one toiletry was provided in the shower—hair and body wash—while the dispenser was broken. I’d appreciate at least a shampoo and preferably a conditioner, and the pH levels for body and hair differ.

The bed was ridiculously comfortable, the room was huge and lovely.

The location was accessible, nice, comfortable and peaceful, and the manager was very helpful; however, neither room had an information booklet or brochures, and one of the rooms had a faulty tap.
