The lobby was bright and fresh, and the front‑desk staff were efficient and friendly. Breakfast had many options, the restaurant space was wide and comfortable, and the staff there were very good. Getting to schools or attractions in Surabaya was convenient. The room was really tiny—so mini that I can’t imagine it’s a typical Indonesian accommodation. Basically, one person could barely fit, and two people would feel quite cramped.

The hotel sits right next to the train station, which is handy for travelers on the move. The bed was clean and freshly made, and the view was nice. The bathroom was very dirty and moldy everywhere.

There are several room types. Some are a bit higher in standing for a slightly higher price. The lower‑standing room feels a bit basic and lacks cleanliness. The higher‑standing room is perfect, and the hotel staff are great.
