“This hotel is not recommended for those of you who want to stay in Sg Petani. I will not come again”
A quiet neighborhood and straightforward parking, plus controlled security. The mattress sagged and made sleep uncomfortable, and overall cleanliness was very poor. Shower and sink water flow were extremely slow, and no tissues were provided. There was a lot of hair on the bed and in the bathroom, and much of the furniture was starting to rot. Someone tried to open the door—probably the wrong room—and the walls were covered in graffiti.
The hotel was very noisy until 2 am, and the reception was only open until the time the hotel received another booking.
The staff were excellent and always gave their best. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable. The large rooms required a 2.5 hp air‑conditioning unit to cool quickly.
The place looked nice and was beautiful. The Wi‑Fi was weak, the soap was a bit scanty, and the dust made me sneeze even while trying to sleep.

Hotel bau hapak, busuk. air toilet slow sgt2 pressure problem tak sure. gambar dlm gmbr tak sama. nampak lusuh katil dan tilamnya. tp berbau! Gatal2 badan jadi allergic 1 badan balik tu, kami check in hotel lain. 2 mlm tu tdo sbb penat je
