I’ve stayed here twice now, and everything remains fantastic—especially the proximity to the hospital and my brother’s house, which really eased my stress. There were no issues at all.

“Frustrating that my 1st encounter was with a very rude employee.”

The property was clean, and the morning desk staff was friendly with good customer service. However, the front desk employee was rude, dismissive of my concerns, and kept insisting I talk to a manager while also calling the staff liars and telling me not to listen. This was frustrating, especially since the hotel claims to partner with a company that should uphold integrity. I also found that the advertised downtown location was inaccurate; the hotel is not within walking distance to downtown, so I had to drive for my son’s all‑day event, which would have been easier if we were truly downtown.

It was a nice, clean place with friendly staff, but the breakfast was somewhat weak, opened late, and the coffee machines need fixing or replacement.

The staff were very pleasant, but the hotel isn’t really in the city center; I had to drive back to get there.
