The reception shuts down at 5pm, so when we arrived there was nobody there. The room was filthy, with papers, bottles, and a lot of rubbish under the beds, and it also had a horrible smell. On top of that, the shower water was completely cold.

I can’t even remember if breakfast was included, but the front‑room I got was a nightmare – people were shouting in the hallway at all hours, arguments broke out late at night, and the facilities looked pretty worn down.
