The service was good, but the space was extremely small and the wardrobe door was misaligned due to broken hinges.
The location and the staff were very attentive, which made the stay pleasant.
“Buen hotel, puede mejorar”
The service was top‑class, though the breakfast selection could have been more varied.
The food was excellent, the place was quiet and I slept well, the service was great and everything stayed spotless. The only thing that could improve is that the bathroom drain should be freed up; otherwise everything was fantastic.
The elevator worked well, but the double room was too small and the bed filled almost the entire space. The air conditioning cost extra per night, and the stay felt suffocating because the window faced a tiny skylight that let no air in.
