The beds were really comfy, but the facility could use some modern decor, giving me an 8 out of 10.

Breakfast was fine, but a better variety of drinks would have been nice; my biggest concern was trying to get a 2‑hour early check‑in—regular check‑in was at 3:00. We asked to check in at 1:00 because of an event, were told to call back closer to the date, called on Monday 8/3, told to call back on Wednesday, called on 8/5, told to call back Friday, called on 8/7, told to call back Saturday morning the day of arrival, and when I called on the morning of Saturday 8/8, I was told “we will try and have something ready for you by 1:00 but no guarantees. It will depend upon how fast our maids can get the room ready.” The staff made it feel like I was asking for the world, but it ended well when a room was available; I tipped the front‑desk person for their trouble, checked in, dropped our belongings, met up with our party, and headed to the event. It was a whole lot of hassle for such a small request.
