The location is great. The food isn’t great at all, and the serving staff in the restaurant were rather rude except for a couple of waiters.

“Great location, shame about the cleanliness”

The beach location works well and the interior and pool are nice. The rooms were never cleaned; they only changed the bins and nothing else. The buffet had a poor selection and the meat was overcooked.

“This hotel is looking a bit tired in places mainly the bathrooms”

The spot right on the beach and close to all the restaurants and bars was spot on. The bathrooms and the sun beds around the pool need updating, and the towels in the room are threadbare. Breakfast food was repetitive, the same dishes every morning.

We checked in around 1 a.m. and were given a nice room with a sea view and a big terrace. The young man on duty that night was wonderful; he gave us sandwiches because we missed dinner, which was very kind since we were exhausted from three flights. On my husband’s birthday, a staff member named Valeria arranged a bottle of fine wine and a set of macarons with a congratulation. The restaurant, breakfast, and dinner staff were all great—friendly, smiling, and focused on guests. We left at 6:30 a.m. and the same young man who had checked us in was on shift and brought us sandwiches, water, fruit, and two slices of cake, which was very sweet. Every evening the hotel hosted performances. Breakfast was varied for every taste, and dinners were always different—great job. We’ll come back! Thanks for our celebration with you!
