The room was tiny and needs a makeover.

The hotel is decent and well‑located, but there are a few things that could be better. We were unlucky enough to be forced out of the hotel in the middle of the night because of a malfunction inside the building. When we returned to our room, a cleaning staff member entered twice while we were sleeping, which is unacceptable. The management handled it impeccably, refunded me immediately, and apologized for what happened.

The location is perfect for exploring the city centre in Zamora. Everything else is fine.

“Hotel muy correcto”

The setting is great, just a few minutes from the historic centre. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced. I’ve stayed in higher‑category hotels before, and this one doesn’t disappoint them at all—definitely worth a repeat visit. The parquet floor made a noticeable noise when walking, but it wasn’t overly annoying; a small caveat for an otherwise good hotel.

“Alado de todo”

The room isn’t huge but it’s comfortable and bright, the bathroom is spacious and fully equipped, and the towels are very soft—love them. The café offers a wide variety of pinchos, and the parking staff are truly professional, making the stay very pleasant. The only downside was that the neighbour’s TV was set too high.
