The staff were welcoming, yet the room smelled like bug spray, the refrigerator barely stayed cool, the freezer was completely broken, and the interior had a bad odor. I run a cleaning company, so the room’s cleaning was acceptable, but there should have been more shampoo, soap, and towels for a three‑person booking.

“My stay was uncomfortable and I regret selecting the property during my booking.”

The room itself was clean, but the bedding was unsatisfactory and cigarette smoke lingered, making me very uncomfortable; I regret staying. The property was heavily smoked—upon entry the hallway was saturated with cigarette scent, posing a health risk for non‑smokers like me.
