A special house, with a wonderful owner who was smiling and friendly for everything we asked. Very well located for visiting the city and lucky to have beautiful views of the cable‑way area. We also enjoyed the interior terrace at night to relax before going to bed. The only drawback is that the area is currently under construction, but it didn’t bother us personally, it just made it more peculiar.

The property is very private, clean, and has great public space. Lia and everyone working there were great and very nice!

アンティーク調の家具や調度品が素敵です。. オーナーの印象は最初は悪くありませんでした。 ただ、今思うと、トイレがすぐに流れなくなったり、共用バルコニーに案内された後放置されたり（後述します）、雑なところは垣間見れました。 これは気づかなかった私が悪いのですが、滞在後、予約していた「デラックス ダブルルーム バルコニー付き」の部屋ではなく、「デラックス ダブルルーム」を割り当てられていたことが判明しました。 そこでBooking.comに上記旨の問合せをしたところ（私は口コミの修正をしたかっただけで、それは口コミ削除→再投稿で出来ることが判明したため、誤りでした）、わざわざオーナーと取り合ってくれたのですが、オーナーは事実を拒否しました。 ただ謝ればいいだけのことなのに、どうして否定するのでしょうか。火がついた私は、Booking.comを通し、予約時の証拠（バルコニー付きを予約したスクショ）と、私が誤って割り当てられた部屋「デラックス ダブルルーム」の写真を送りました。しかし、Booking.comによると3回の連絡にだんまりとののとです。 今思うと、ゲストハウスに着いた私を急かして共用バルコニーに連れて行ったのは、私が予約したバルコニー付きの部屋を用意できなくなったための誤魔化しだったのではないかとすら思えます。普通わざわざ急かしてまで共用バルコニーに連れていくのであれば、何かウェルカムドリンクでもくれるのかと思いませんか？ありませんでした。当時「ウケる」くらいの気持ちしかありませんでしたが、今なら「誤魔化し」だったのだと分かります。 騙された気分です。
