The cleanliness and location were good. The room 109 smelled like cigarette smoke, which wasn’t mentioned in the description. I don’t know if it’s the hotel’s fault or a booking omission, but I had to stay with the strong nicotine odor.

It was very quiet. The heat didn’t work; it was cold and rainy, uncomfortable without heat, and I have allergies.

The sheets and covers were spotlessly clean, and the towels were very fresh. I was happy that the room had no cigarette odor at all. On the downside, the AC unit had no temperature markings, the phone charger outlet under the TV didn’t work, and the mattress felt unbalanced.
