We stayed in apartment n1 on the first floor. It was the most comfortable option. The apartment was fully equipped, which is great for one baby, and had a fantastic garden. Excellent location for walking.

The friendliness of the reception. Needs a remodel.

The bed was super comfy and the TV was great. However, the room smelled strongly of damp and mold; the hotel covers the walls with wallpaper but the odor lingers, making it annoying to pay for that smell. We stayed 7 days, and once they took our towels claiming we had checked out even though our belongings were still in the room, and they left the floor dirty for the next guest. Some days the towels weren’t replaced properly, so we had to ask at reception. Overall the room was never cleaned beyond making the bed and changing towels. The wallpaper in my room had a crack and paint had peeled off, staying that way until the last day. Breakfast was basic and okay, but never varied, so staying many days would feel repetitive. There’s no system for returning the room key when you leave; I never saw that happen. On the last day I checked out, left my bags at the hotel, and when I returned to retrieve them the receptionist was already about to hand me the key. The hotel could be better, but it needs everyone’s effort—especially the management—to fix the walls first; sleeping in a room with damp smell is awful and you can’t just cover it up. Then the staff must do their job, clean properly, and restock items. We’re paying the minimum, so at least the basics should be clean.
