The location is great—just a 30‑minute walk to the sights or free public transport, thanks to the hotel’s Südtirol Card. They also offer nice bikes to borrow. The staff are friendly and helpful, always ready with advice. The breakfast selection is excellent, and the dinner food is good if you choose to eat at the hotel.

Breakfast and dinner were wonderful, and the staff were very attentive and friendly. The wellness area was beautiful and a good place to unwind. The only downside was the carpeted floor in the room.

The staff were incredibly accommodating, the breakfast options were good, and the location is great; the relaxing pool area met all expectations. I would have liked a coffee machine in the room for my early‑morning coffee, but otherwise everything was great.
