The accommodation was very low quality for the high price, with no air conditioning or fan, windows that couldn’t be opened because we were on the ground floor and passers‑by could see straight in. Upon arrival and pre‑payment, the staff didn’t even recognize us even though we showed them the reservation and its number; the system had no record of us. Breakfast was included in the room rate, but we didn’t receive it. In the evening they told us they wouldn’t provide breakfast and that if we were unhappy we could leave, yet they never refunded us for the unused breakfast.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, but I had no problem, and in reality you only manage with English.

I liked the location of this hotel, it's pretty central, and the rooms are a good size. But, the breakfast was a bit of a letdown, to be honest - not a lot of options and not very tasty. Still, it was a decent stay overall.

I was really looking forward to staying here, but the room was basically unusable because of all the mold everywhere. The conditions were pretty bad, and to make matters worse, the breakfast was terrible. I mean, I've had better breakfasts at a motel on the side of the road. Needless to say, I didn't stay long.
