The place was in a great spot, they kept my luggage on my last day and set up a taxi, plus they handed me a free foot‑massage machine upon arrival. The slippers in the room were reusable; when I asked for a single‑use pair they said none were available. Other guests were loud late at night and early morning, and the breakfast floor had a bad odor so I couldn't eat there. I had made two separate reservations because my plans changed. The first room was supposed to have a mountain view, as advertised, and I asked if a higher floor was possible. The staff told me it was okay for my second reservation, but the next day another staff member said it wasn’t possible; then I told them I had been told it was okay yesterday, and she finally gave me a higher‑floor room. If a floor was available, why did they say it wasn’t? The issue got resolved, but it wasn’t a great experience, and they should be more careful.
