Six Luxury Rooms Pozzuoli

“Trotz des unerwarteten Erdbebens hatten wir dank des freundlichen und engagierten Personals einen angenehmen Aufenthalt”

The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and professional. During our stay a quake hit, forcing us to change accommodations; the team responded instantly, supported us, and organized everything as quickly as possible, for which we are sincerely grateful. The only thing that bothered us was the bathroom lighting – the multicolored LED felt like a disco and was impractical for everyday use; a plain white light would have been much more pleasant and functional.

“Amazing stay in Pozzuoli. Better than the nearby hotels.”

The staff were amazing and responded quickly to every request. There was nothing I didn’t like – it was perfect.

“Bello ma si puo miglioare e tanto”

I really liked the location and the shower impressed my daughters with its light color and nozzle; the internet and smart TV were also decent. However, aside from the normal cleaning on arrival, the staff were completely absent and the room was not cleaned. It seemed odd that I had booked for 6 nights and saw no one, and no one came by. In a seaside area, sand gets in; I asked for a broom but couldn’t find it where indicated. The rooms were barebones: just a bed, TV, a pseudo coffee table, and a pseudo wardrobe. A desk, bedside tables, and a chair would have been needed. The shower was also a problem because it was missing.

“Ottimo per prendere il primo traghetto per Procida”

Pozzuoli central, a staircase away from the ferry terminal, everything automated, coffee in the common area. I’m not sure why I thought there was a cooking corner, but there was only a bedroom and bathroom.
