The hotel’s location next to a mall is convenient, and the smoking rooms are a real perk for smokers who no longer have to leave the hotel. The front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant staff were always polite and smiling. The downside is that there’s no view of the outside—just a wall-facing window—and the parking is paid for guests’ visitors or cars that pick us up, though that’s not a big deal.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious. Free laundry service is a nice touch, and the location is great, right next to a small mall where you can grab coffee, dine, or buy snacks. The downside is that the air‑conditioning broke down on the last night of the stay, producing a very loud clanging noise, and the room lacked natural daylight.

Very clean and spacious room, and the beds are very comfortable. The front office is very helpful. There should be signage for the iron/laundry room.

The location is superb, with easy access to the city mall and pasar pagi. The room was clean, and the washing machine facility was very helpful.
