“Buen alojamiento”
The location is very well connected, the bed is comfortable, and the service is adequate. The restaurant’s limited hours could be more accessible for those of us with a lot to do.

The location and service are pretty good, the staff are quite friendly and helpful. Our room wasn’t well ventilated, but opening the window improved it a lot. The parking was three blocks away from the hotel.
“At Hotel Emperador in Ambato you’ll be treated like royalty.”
It was our first time staying with you and the overall experience was great. We liked that the hotel is conveniently located in midtown Ambato, the staff and service were great, and we also loved the restaurant with its fantastic city views and menu.

The towels were clean, the staff very polite and kind, and the location is great for anyone who wants to be in the city center. The shower was a bit bad, and because the place is central it’s very noisy; the air‑conditioning didn’t keep the noise down, so opening the windows only made it worse.
“Excesivo valor por la calidad de servicio, infraestructura y sobretodo la localización del hotel.”
The neighborhood feels unsafe, with crime, noise, disorder, and it’s hard to get to.
