The location is in the heart of Manhattan with many popular spots just minutes away on foot. I also appreciate the front‑desk staff who gave us our room early after a long day dealing with bad weather. However, please update the room menus. Our menu listed lower prices than the restaurant and bar, and that mistake caused a problem when my wife was forced to pay the restaurant price even though she ordered based on the room menu. The issue was eventually resolved and we got a refund, but the waiter seemed annoyed. It wasn’t our fault (nor the waiter’s), yet the incident didn’t ruin the great stay.

The place was fine overall, and I get why the price was high because of the World Cup event. The air conditioner does make a bit of noise, but it’s not excessive.
