The receptionist was helpful. The sound insulation from other rooms and the hallway was poor; the vacuum and cleaning noise from adjacent rooms could be heard after 8 a.m. The mattresses and pillows were not very comfortable. Breakfast was average.

The views were nice and the building itself was good, the garden was beautiful, and the food was great. The Wi‑Fi didn’t work, the apartments had no amenities—at least a tea or coffee maker would have been nice… there was black mould in the shower and a weird smell in the rooms.

I really enjoyed the kitchen and the dishes they served—they were delicious—and the place was quiet and beautiful, with a fantastic location.

The atmosphere was cozy and the location was great for exploring Moravský kras, but the Wi‑Fi in room 17 didn’t work at all; we reported it at reception and nothing changed.

The accommodation was very pleasant, clean, and well maintained; the staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist, so we were very satisfied and enjoyed our stay.
