The hotel sits in a great spot, and the room was roomy and fully equipped.

“A fuir. Horrible.”

The only bright spot was the location—Paddington Station is right next door, making travel a breeze (metro, bus, train). I was extremely disappointed: the overall condition was disastrous, filthy, even unsanitary, with mold on the walls, curtains, and bathroom ceiling, dust on the nightstands that had surely never been cleaned, and stained sheets. The amenities did not match the description (no hair dryer, for example), and the shower gel and shampoo were in very small quantities. I couldn't walk around barefoot, we kept our belongings inside because everything was dirty. The walls were so thin that we could hear every conversation and the noise from the neighboring room.

“Buena atención y ubicación, buen lugar para reservar”

The place is very accessible near the train station, and the rooms offer ample space and good ventilation. The staff were friendly. However, there is no elevator, which makes it difficult when you have a lot of luggage.

“Good stay if you want Central to station”

Very comfortable, excellent value for money, central for trains and tubes. There is no street entrance unless you have a key, which makes it very secure. The downside is that you have to go to the sister hotel to get keys. There was extra tea, coffee, and milk, but it wasn’t great if you’re not comfortable with stairs since there is no lift.

“Dommage car le réceptionniste est très accueillant”

The location was fine. The bathroom was dirty, the mattress was in poor shape, and overall cleanliness was lacking.
