I’m not happy at all: the place is 14 km from the airport, the online listing was wrong, the room had dirty sheets and no toiletries, it wasn’t ready when I arrived, and the staff ignored my messages—felt like a scam.

Everything was great: the property was excellent, the staff were supportive, and the hotel’s proximity to the airport and restaurants was a big plus.
