Great value for money, a nice breakfast with fresh prosciutto and cheese for the salty version (a sweet option is also available); the host is great, the location is quiet with a large garden and terrace to relax and enjoy the silence and view. Although only reachable by car, it’s close to all the destinations you need to see in the area—45 minutes by car from Bari, Matera, Polignano a Mare, Alberobello, etc.

The experience was wonderful! The location is very beautiful and quiet. We felt at home right away, the welcome was fantastic! The property is surrounded by greenery but very convenient for visiting Polignano, Matera, Alberobello, Locotorondo, Monopoli, and the Castellana caves. Getting from Bari airport with a rental car is very easy. And the breakfast? Great food, plentiful. A special thanks because they pampered me by offering a generous lactose‑free breakfast since I’m intolerant. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, very clean and equipped with every comfort (free minibar fridge and daily bathroom products).

The place is superb, quiet, in the middle of nature. It’s not far from Bari, about 30 minutes by car. The room was very pretty, fully equipped, and the mattresses and pillows were excellent. Breakfast offers sweet or savory options, very abundant and delicious, high‑quality products. The value for money is excellent, and the accommodation is outstanding.
