The food was excellent, but the reception staff were a bit slow and not very warm to reciprocate. The hotel is a bit far from the actual town.

I was disappointed with the service I received at this hotel, particularly when I requested a complimentary towel and art, but was met with a lack of effort from the reception staff. As a newlywed couple, I was expecting a more welcoming experience, but unfortunately, this wasn't the case.

I was thoroughly disappointed with my stay at this hotel, as the reality fell far short of the attractive photos. The staff seemed completely uninterested in their work and were rude to boot, making for an unpleasant experience. The high price tag was definitely not justified by the subpar service and facilities. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
