“Absolutely pathetic”

Do not stay here. We had several issues: our first room had an ant infestation, so they sprayed bleach and my six‑year‑old and I had to move rooms at 8 o’clock that night; the second room had roaches. I’ve reached out to the general manager and booked directly, but both refuse to refund my $145, so we didn’t stay the night and drove home an hour and a half in the rain. We arrived a couple of hours early and were not allowed to park or use the pool until the room was ready, which is unlike any other hotel I’ve stayed at in Daytona. The restaurant and front desk said the restaurant was open until 10, but it closed at seven. The garden bed outside my room was full of cigarette butts like an ashtray, even though this is supposed to be a non‑smoking hotel. My first room was supposed to have an ocean view, but you couldn’t see the ocean.

“Will NEVER return”

The breakfast you had to buy was not worth the price because there was no continental option, and paying $8 for parking at the hotel feels absurd; the pillows were terrible and uncomfortable, and I actually found four bed bugs in the bed (I took pictures); you’re forced to buy a breakfast package because there’s no continental breakfast, and the whole place smells like marijuana.

“GOOD”

The location was great and the room was clean, but the hotel has been around for a while because it has a slight mildew smell, and the night light on my bed was broken and stayed on the hold time; overall everything was good and I’ll stay again. That it’s on the beach and everything you needed was right in that location.

“I will not stay here again”

Easy to find, but the hot tub didn’t work and the pool was cold.
