The bed system in this hotel was honestly the only thing that saved it from being a complete disaster. The staff seemed friendly enough, but they were always running around looking frazzled and seemed to be struggling to keep up with the workload. The room itself was tiny and had a weird layout that made it feel cramped and awkward. The bathroom was also a bit of a letdown, with a shower that barely had any water pressure and a sink that was stuck in a weird position that made it hard to use.

The only bright spot was the early check‑in; they handed us the room key straight away without any hassle. The photos were taken before the rooms fell apart – the pillows were covered in black mould, the mattress was stained, the linens were disgusting, there was no fridge, and a swarm of mosquitoes ignored the repellent. The fan was deafening and couldn’t be adjusted, the room was tiny while the shower was massive, and towels only appeared after we asked. They refused to show us another room. The air‑conditioner worked oddly and left us freezing at night.

The hotel's location was pretty convenient, but unfortunately, it was a real letdown in terms of cleanliness. The room was spotless, but the bedding was a different story - the sheets were a weird dark grey color that didn't exactly scream 'fresh and clean'. I'm not sure what was going on with the housekeeping, but it seemed like they were phoning it in. Overall, it was a bit of a mixed bag.

The staff here were super friendly and helpful, which is a big plus. However, the hotel itself left a lot to be desired - my room was a bit of a mess, and I'm not sure if it was just my room or the whole place. The walls were dirty, and there was no hot water. To top it all off, the bed had hair on it and some stains.

Warm water was available, which was nice. The pictures looked like they were from a decade ago; the furniture is the same but now shabby, the doors barely shut, the bedding was dirty, and nobody even mentioned that we needed toilet paper. The place reeked of mould.
