The room was wonderful, with a fantastic view. The bathtub in the room was a nice touch. The breakfast was very tasty, just like a five‑star place. The gym was decent, we worked out there. The pool locker was very dirty, the cabinets were broken, and after seeing that, I almost decided not to go to the pool. It’s a shame that the pool caused me to cancel the room. Also the address on the card was wrong; it listed West Lake Sihu, so I had to search for Amep and type it into the map. It would have been unpleasant to arrive at a completely different place.

The spot was great, right near the metro, shops, and a bunch of places to eat, but the pool and spa felt a little old‑fashioned.

“Good value for money”

The staff were friendly, the rooms were solid, and the price was fair, yet the swimming pool and locker rooms were old, and breakfast could have been better.
