I arrived to find the room filthy and water leaking; when I asked the manager to swap rooms he was dismissive and insisted no change was possible, even though several rooms were still vacant—overall a bad experience.

“Worst experience”

They assigned me a room with air conditioning that never cooled, and they never refunded the money for the OC facility—definitely the worst experience.
