The shower wasn’t heating and the staff seemed unprepared.

Everything was great—cleanliness, bed, comfort, value, and coffee. Nothing to add.

The room had mold. The mattress, mold, and lack of lighting were all bad.

The motel should have closed long ago; the linens were moth‑eaten, the pillowcases smelled awful, the breakfast was terrible, the TV didn’t work, and the door was completely broken. I disliked everything, and the picture didn’t match reality.
