The kitchen staff, breakfast attendants, and front desk were all super attentive and helpful, and the surrounding forest and green area are really beautiful and pleasant. However, the room lacked a mirror, the bed was missing a few footboards and slipped with the slightest movement, the lighting bulbs were very weak, and the access road is heavily pitted.

The hotel is set in a green area away from the highway, which makes for better sleep comfort. The café is well supplied and there’s a large parking area. I recommend it for travelers because it’s a bit farther from Rio do Sul city. The Wi‑Fi could be better.
