I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and kind staff, who communicated with me through Google Translate. The free laundry service was a lovely bonus. However, I was disappointed by the cleanliness of my room, particularly the dirty floor and unwashed bed sheets.
I had a mostly great stay, enjoying various aspects of my visit, but I did notice that the cleaning wasn't done frequently enough. Overall, I was pleased with my experience, but a bit more attention to tidiness would have made it even better. Despite this, I appreciated the hotel's other qualities. The stay was still enjoyable, and I liked many things about the hotel.

The staff seemed to be more interested in smiling and disappearing than actually doing their job, which included changing towels, water, and coffee, among other things.
