The room was really spacious and fit two people perfectly, but you could hear other rooms a lot.

“Sin más”

The place is well located, but there is no reception and you can't check in until 3 pm; if you arrive early you can't leave your luggage. The room I got didn't match the photo and faced a public garage on the first floor, so for privacy you had to lower the blinds. The air conditioning didn't work all day, and when I called a number nothing was fixed.

The bed was comfortable, but the toilet drainage gave off a very unpleasant smell.

“Para una sola noche no esta mal”

There were two supermarkets and a pharmacy nearby, and the area was quiet. The common areas were great, and the woman who answered the phone was very friendly. My room had no desk or chairs to sit at (unlike the picture), the bathroom lacked toiletries, and the bed springs were very pronounced.

“Pésima atención, dejaron claro que era cortesía el jabón o champú.”

It was clean, but the room assigned to me was very noisy. I asked for soap and shampoo, and they said there was a supplier issue but insisted it was a courtesy from the accommodation; I told them it was mandatory, like toilet paper and towels. Still, they didn't provide them, just apologies.
