It’s in a very central spot, the neighborhood is nice, and the room is comfortable, clean, and lovely. The host is very helpful and courteous. However, there was no signal on my phone and the internet was bad.

“Superb property, awesome host, highly recommend”

The place was fantastic, the room extremely comfortable and the location superb. The spa was an absolute treat as well; we had the best stay. I can’t say enough about how good Nico was and how much he went out of his way to get us a late check‑in when the flight was delayed, and he took so much time to explain all the best spots to visit, places to eat, and how to get there. I couldn’t recommend this property more highly; we will definitely be back again. Absolutely loved our time here. Everything was great!

The welcome was very good, with plenty of useful advice for visiting the city, which neighborhoods to avoid, and which ones to check out. The bathroom was a bit outdated, with no water pressure and limited hot water.

Very clean, a very friendly introduction and tips for restaurants from the owner. Note that the declared windowless nature of the basement floor reduces the livability.

The spot is spot on – next to the historic center but tucked away from the city’s bustle, and the sleep was excellent. Host Domenico was super friendly and attentive to every guest need.
